CDC Prevention Programs
Heart to Hand supports CDC-backed preventative health initiatives that focus on reducing the spread of HIV and other STIs. Through education, screenings, and access to PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), we empower individuals to take charge of their health and reduce transmission risks.
