H2H Essentials

H2H Essentials is a short-term support and wellness group for customers newly diagnosed or new to Heart to Hand and our services. This group aims to focus on education so DMV residents with HIV can learn about and better understand:

• The care and HIV treatment offered
• Stigma and mental health surrounding HIV
• Healthy living with HIV
• Status disclosure
• Resources for individuals with HIV

When: Third (3rd) Thursday of the month
